We do not accept returns unless a product is proven to have been received defective. You are required to send all the product and defect details including a picture and any other necessary information to email@example.com. We may need to examine the product further, so may advise you to return it to Pint-Sized Prodigy.
No refunds will be issued for any shipping and handling charges that you may incur. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We do not issue refunds. Should a product be proven defective we will find a solution. We will replace it with the same product or a product of similar value, at Pint-Sized Prodigy discretion, in your next Prodigy Pack. In the case that this product came in your last paid for pack, it will be sent out during our regular shipment period (February, May, August or November).
We cannot guarantee that you will never receive the identical product as you have already received in a past pack, or have purchased at another location. Duplicated products are not a term for exchange or refund.
