Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on missed classes. A make-up class may be offered at our discretion and must be taken during the 6 week consecutive program purchased. For example, if a 6 week program with classes commencing 14th Sept is purchased, the make up classes must be taken prior to the last scheduled class on 19th Oct.
If you decide that you are no longer wanting to participant in the program prior to your first paid class, you may cancel your registration by emailing email@example.com. A refund will not be issued If your cancellation email is received and acknowledged within 10 business days of the first paid class.
We do not accept returns on products unless a product is proven to have been received defective. You are required to send all the product and defect details including a picture and any other necessary information to firstname.lastname@example.org. We may need to examine the product further, so may advise you to return it to Pint-Sized Prodigy.
No refunds will be issued for any shipping and handling charges that you may incur. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Should a product be proven defective we will find a solution. We will replace it with the same product or a product of similar value, at Pint-Sized Prodigy's discretion, in your next Prodigy Pack. In the case that this product came in your last paid pack, it will be sent out during our regular shipment period.
We cannot guarantee that you will never receive the identical product or service as previously received in a past prodigy pack or Baby Development Class from Pint Sized Prodigy or purchased at another location or company. Duplicated products or services are not a term for exchange or refund.
